Named for one of the founding members of Temple
Beth Tikvah, the Harold Besso Library is home to
approximately 3300 Judaica materials. Its
collection includes classic fiction and
literature, extensive adult non-fiction,
children's materials, which include young adult
fiction from
award winning authors,
picture books, and non-fiction materials on all
aspects of Judaism, biographies, and books on
Israel. A growing collection of easy readers and
board books for toddlers and pre-schoolers is
also housed in the library. On the audio-visual
front, the library is home to a small collection
of classic movies and children's VHS tapes.
