Harold A. Besso Library

Named for one of the founding members of Temple Beth Tikvah, the Harold Besso Library is home to approximately 3300 Judaica materials. Its collection includes classic fiction and literature, extensive adult non-fiction, children's materials, which include young adult fiction from award winning authors, picture books, and non-fiction materials on all aspects of Judaism, biographies, and books on Israel. A growing collection of easy readers and board books for toddlers and pre-schoolers is also housed in the library.  On the audio-visual front, the library is home to a small collection of classic movies and children's VHS tapes.

The library supports the recreational reading interests of its congregants, and the academic pursuits of the temple's religious school faculty & students. The collection grows through donated and purchased materials. Materials are cataloged on Resource Mate, which serves as the online catalog and circulation system.
